Our 2024 upgrade with the Morbidelli x200 CNC router from SCM represents our latest commitment to maintaining cutting-edge capabilities. This Italian-engineered equipment, renowned for precision and reliability, replaces our original Morbidelli CNC that delivered quality joinery for over 20 years. The x200’s advanced features include 5-axis capability for complex profiles, automatic tool changing for efficient production, precision vacuum hold-down systems, and advanced software integration for seamless design-to-manufacture workflow. This new machine will soon be joined by additional equipment scheduled for delivery, expanding our capacity to deliver exceptional joinery.

Laminate application with precision edge-banding ensures seamless surfaces. Specialty finishes including metallic, textured, and anti-fingerprint coatings meet specific requirements.
