Diverse Project Group completed fit outs for Scanlan Theodore at Claremont in 2015 and Karrinyup in 2021. In 2022, we undertook a major refurbishment and fitout to a historic building in Claremont WA for the brand.

Synonymous with intelligent well-crafted designs, Scanlan Theodore’s devotion to simple, clean, modern aestheticism has not changed since its inception in 1987.

In 2021, we completed the fitout of Scanlan Theodore's new store at Karrinyup Shopping Centre and our work there won Best Retail Building up to $1.5m at the WA Master Builders 2022 Excellence in Construction Awards.

In 2023, we followed this award with Best Building Fitout $1.5 - $5m for our works at Scanlan Theodore's new Claremont store - the 2022 transformation of a landmark building in Claremont into a stunning contemporary retail space.
