2021 Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards

In 2020, Diverse Project Group were awarded the fitout contracts for Pronto & Common Bar over two adjacent tenancies at Perth Airport's revamped T4 departure area.

The fitouts were completed for SSP Group Plc, a global corporation specialising in signature travel food experiences across 35 countries.

Pronto & Common Bar provide a unique food and beverage offer for departing travellers at Perth Airport. Pronto delivers a contemporary cafe  experience with fresh food and barista coffee, perfect for families and business travellers looking for a quick bite before takeoff. Common Bar is a full service bar and kitchen, carefully appointed with a palette of rustic textures and features to create a down to earth ambience. A great place for a meal or a drink before a flight or during a layover. 

Airport work requires a significant amount of coordination and strict adherence to a range of protocols including restricted site access and materials handling challenges. Adding to this, the increased security brought on by the Covid19 pandemic and the degree of difficulty in bringing these fitouts in on time was considerable. 

As Airport fitout specialists, Diverse Project Group were able to deliver both fitouts on time and on budget. Opened just a week ago, Pronto & Common are already a standout in the concourse.
